EPDM Foam — The ultimate in outdoor resilience, it strongly resists UV damage and aging.

Viscoelastic Foam — Polyurethane foams which offer superior cushioning properties and compression recovery after repeated uses. The open-cell construction is not suitable for sealing applications.

Neoprene — Available in solid or foam sheets, it is outdoor-rated and resistant to moderate oil contact. Neoprene is popular in water sealing applications.

Fluoroelastomer Foam — Virtually indestructible and resistant to a wide variety of chemicals, Fluoroelastomers are used where their high cost is justified by harsh environments.

Nylon Foam — An economical foam suitible for outdoor applications where oil-resistance and high-temperatures are not required.

Adhesive Transfer Tapes (PSA) — A huge variety of formulations are available for metals, plastics, glass, and difficult low-surface-energy materials. PSA offers a permanent bond and extremely thin adhesive layer, and can be cut in intricate shapes.

3M™ VHB™ Tapes — Highly conformal to rough surfaces and outdoor-rated, these tapes offer structural adhesive alternatives to fasteners or glues.

Double coated tapes — Economical, easy to apply, and dimensionally stable, double-coated tapes can be used to bond dissimilar materials.

Bound Aramid Fiber — Commonly blended with nitrile rubber, this material is used in low-pressure applications where resistance to fuels and oils are required such as in automobiles.

Acrylic — Optically clear and durable, extruded acrylic can be laser-cut with a glass-smooth edge. Cast acrylic responds well to etching, which can be used to produce a variety of eye-catching effects.

Polyimide — Also known as Kapton® film, these materials offer electrical insulation across a wide temperature range.

Silicone Rubber — Excellent in high-temperature environments, this material is available with UL-compliant flame-retardant specifications.

Thermal Inks — Permanent, abrasion resistant marking can be applied to metals for logos, barcodes, or identification.

Nitrile Rubber — Also known as Buna-N, it is available in solid or foam sheets. Nitrile strongly resists oil, fuel, and solvents.

Organics (Felt, Wood, Cork) — These materials can be cut into complex shapes for a variety of uses. Cork and felt are available with or without adhesive backing.
